general returns:
Any glimmerdream item can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as when shipped.If a return is a result of an error on glimmerdream's part (for instance, the incorrect item was shipped), glimmerdream willl reimburse you for the amount of the return shipping and insurance cost. We highly recommend that customers insure their return. if we don't receive it, we cannot credit your account.
Although not required, it would be helpful to get a "heads up" by email (returns@glimmerdream.com) so that we can look for your return.

shipment options:
glimmerdream uses usps priority mail which offers 2-3 day delivery to most destinations within the us. all merchandise is shipped insured. Shipment fees increase with weight and/or dollar amount increases.(If 2-3 day delivery does not meet your needs, contact glimmerdream for other arrangements at the time of your order.)
Orders placed by 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped within 48 hours, unless that time period overlaps weekends and/or a holiday. If special circumstances preclude our shipping within this period, you will be advised during your checkout process.
